| Hotel reservations are made directly with the Hyatt Regency Hotel. A signed credit card charge or a deposit of one night's room rate is required to hold your room. | |
| The hotel has set aside a block of 100 rooms for our group. This block of rooms is available to us until April 21 on a first come, first served basis at $135 per night. BE SURE TO REGISTER EARLY. After April 21, the daily room rate may increase. | |
| Cancellations must be received by the hotel 10 days prior to arrival. Please call the Hyatt Regency at (408) 372-1234 directly to make sleeping room cancellations. | |
